Principal, Sheryl Erenberg has more than three decades of experience in the new home industry. Prior to establishing her consulting firm in 2001, she worked on hundreds of new condominium communities for Toronto’s leading developers, working her way up from site administrator to VP Marketing, to Chief Operating Officer. Her experience performing every job in the sales/rental office and later as a marketing executive has given her a keen understanding of the development process and what is required to manage all team members.

Repositioning Communities
Repositioning your rental community is a delicate process because timing is everything. If building upgrades are undertaken too early, then under-market tenants are less likely to move out.
